We’ve planned TWO weeks of engaging lessons, fun activities, and hands-on practice to light up your writer brain and grow your skills.

Calling Teen Authors! Learn to up your story game this summer when UVU partners with author guest instructors to teach you techniques and tricks it took published authors years to master. We've planned two weeks of incredible learning. Sign up for either or both, with no prerequisite! Week one will focus on whole-story concepts including idea generation, hooking the reader, character growth arcs, page-turning plots, and building tension using story goals and conflict. Come learn, write, share, critique, and build community with fellow authors as we improve our craft and celebrate story together.
