Accessibility
Operation Literacy is committed to making StoryCon as accessible to people of all physical abilities, health conditions, or impairments as possible. Here is a link to the Salt Palace’s accessibility features. If you have specific requests or concerns, please email us at contact@operationliteracy.org and we will do all we can to work with the Salt Palace to ensure appropriate accommodations are made.
Mobility
All entrances to the Salt Palace Convention Center are equipped with automatic doors. A limited number of wheelchairs and motorized scooters can be rented on-site. Reservations can be made here.
Restrooms
All public restrooms in the Salt Palace Convention Center include ADA compliant accessibility options. Three family and gender-neutral restrooms are available: one near Room 255, one just inside the Hyatt Regency entrance, and one located in Hall 5.
Vision and Hearing
There is a telephone equipped with Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD or TTY) across from Room 151.
Nursing Mother’s Lounges
Three Nursing Mother’s lounges are available:

Near Room 150 A by the escalators across from the Grand Ballroom

Next to the Guest Services Office across from Room 151

On the second level across from Room 254.
Quiet Room
A quiet room is available in Room 252 for anyone who needs a calm space. We kindly ask that visitors help maintain a peaceful atmosphere by silencing phones, keeping voices low, and avoiding activities that may disturb others.
