• Move-in: Thursday, February 26,  2:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Specific instructions about exhibitor's move-in window will be given in January.)

• Move out: Saturday, February 28, 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm OR Sunday, March 1, 8:00 am- 12:00 pm

 

EXPO HALL HOURS:

• Friday, February 27

  • Exhibitors only 9:00am - 10:00am

  • Open Hours 10:00am - 6:00pm

  • Exhibitors only 6:00pm - 7:00pm

• Saturday, February 28TH

  • Exhibitors only 9:00am - 10:00am

  • Open hours 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

 

ALL BOOTH PACKAGES INCLUDE*:

• 2 Exhibitor Badges

  • Each booth or indie alley purchase comes with 2 exhibitor badges. These badges will get you access to the vendor hall during vendors-only hours. As an exhibitor you can purchase discounted general admission tickets to our ticketed main stage events. More badges are available upon request.

• ​8' high back drape

• 3' high side drape

• Skirted table(s)

• Padded chairs

• A Booth ID Sign with Company Name and Booth #

 

*Additional services including electricity, fork lift services, dedicated WIFI access, and other decor may be ordered through the Salt Palace order form during registration process.

Exhibitor Perks

• The exhibit hall is free to the general public and all of our main signings will happen there to incentivize foot traffic!

• Your logo on our website and exhibit guide.

• Access to discounted General Admission tickets (The exhibit hall is free to the general public but main stage events and public panels will require a General Admission ticket).

Exhibitor Application Process

StoryCon reserves the right to accept or deny applications of any prospective exhibitor for any reason and at any time. All exhibitors are expected to follow the standards indicated in this StoryCon Exhibitors Guide. 

​

All applicants will undergo a vetting process that may include outreach from our event staff to ensure StoryCon is a proper fit for your company/brand/organization.  This validation process will happen within a few weeks of your booth purchase. If you are not approved to exhibit at this event, you will receive a full refund.​

 

Booth assignments will be determined by exhibitor category with priority based on purchase date. Please look for a confirmation email from exhibit@operationliteracy.org.

• other creative mediums involving storytelling

• fandoms

• handicrafts

Products displayed and sold should match the culture and feel of the  convention.

StoryCon Culture and Standards

StoryCon is committed to fostering a fun, inclusive , and family friendly environment for all! Bigotry or racism of any kind will not be tolerated. Since this event includes dedicated programming for minors, StoryCon is not the right fit for explicit products or displays.

Exhibitors are asked to be courteous to other exhibitors as they plan the use of their space. Please refrain from displaying items that impede the view of other booths, create excessive noise, strong smells, or offer any other disturbance for a neighboring exhibitors. All light within the exhibit space must be arranged and operated so as not to be distracting to adjacent exhibitors. 

 

All displays, products, and materials must be of original, personally owned IP, or properly licensed under all applicable U.S. laws.​ StoryCon reserves the right to request proof of license or rights to sell copyrighted material.
